If I'm rating Dr. Olenec my rating is 5 stars. No issues there.
I took 1 star off because of my after-procedure experience. I was not impressed with the two young women who took care of me. I found the behavior of one of them extremely disrespectful. Here I am coming out of anesthesia. Asked if there was a rest room on the way out. She said yes. We're walking out and she pointed out the rest room. No problem. Apparently, I didn't move fast enough. Remember, I'm coming out of anesthesia. She asked if I just wanted to see it or wanted to use it. That was completely uncalled for and disrespectful. I wish I had noted her name.

Dr. Jencks, and his practices’ staff, made it clear what was needed for my procedure. He spoke with me before and after the procedure and is an excellent communicator. I am extremely pleased with his work and would recommend him highly to my friends.
