The procedure itself and everything else at the medical center couldn't have been better. It was stress free and went by very quickly and any of the staff I came in contact with was great. This was my fourth time with this procedure and all four times with the same medical establishment. The only glitch was in the preparation. The drinking of the fluids was not a problem at all but I was unable to get my body as clear as it was for the previous three times nor was I sufficentily drained when it was time to leave home for the medical in time. Fortunately I was drained fine just in time for the procedure itself. Should the drinking of the fluids have been an hour earlier on the day of the procedure or some other change in the preparation itself?

Mr. Wheeler was professional, timely and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated him previewing my past medical history in advance of meeting me. It was obvious to me that he had carefully considered notes and symptoms articulated from earlier visits. I would recommend him.

Everything was great except for where the IV was placed. My hand is all black and blue and I have a swollen lump on my hand . In the middle of the lump is a white spot where the needle was placed. I have had multiple procedure at your facility and never experienced this. I had my procedure early Monday morning, June 13 and today is Saturday and still the same.
