I would say that I was satisfied overall with my experience. The procedure was quick and easy. The woman who administered the anesthesia made attempts to comfort me, which I appreciated. Dr. Hasan was also pleasant! In other interactions, however, I felt that bedside manner had fallen to the wayside for the sake of efficiency and timeliness. Still a good experience overall.

This was my 4th Esophagus Ablation with Dr. Olenec. It seemed to go well.
The staff was friendly and the experience was good.

Dr. Flaser was excellent. My daughter has a GT tube and he checked to make sure my
husband and I put it in correctly. He took time to answer all of our questions. He did
not hurry us out. We our happy to have found a Gastro doctor nearby who is very knowledgeable and kind.

Dr Taunk was a delight to talk to during my pre exam to schedule a colonoscopy and endoscopy. He listen to my medical history intently and asked very appropriate question to help expand my description of previous procedures. My wife accompanied me to my appointment with Dr. Taunk and we both said we are in good hands with Dr. Taunk to do my procedure in March 2023.

Saw Dr Hasan for about 15 min.He told me what I needed to know . I appreciated the fact that he spoke vry clearly for me as I am deaf and masks make hearing difficult even with hearing aids. The visit went well

I scheduled the dreaded colonoscopy procedure with Dr. Olenec and, as far as uncomfortable procedures go, I couldn't be happier. Ample information was communicated before the procedure on how to prepare; the day of the procedure I was treated quickly and professionally; and after I was given the results very quickly. This is clearly a top notch team and I highly recommend this office to anyone who would love nothing more than to pull down your pants and tell a team of professionals to stick it where the sun doesn't shine!
