Amanda knew that my dr. wanted tests done, my iron saturation is LL. She did not know any other info...., not my test results, numbers, etc., meds and allergies (both in my chart). I pulled up the info from "my chart" on my phone and showed the nos. to her. She QUICKLY explained what she wanted done and what I should do. I asked her to have that info on paper because I would not remember all of the info. She made a face that I interpreted as irritated. Told me to go to checkout and get appt. She left and I dressed and opened the door to go to checkout. She was already rushing down the hallway with her belongings to leave for the day. Not impressed. Will not be seeing her again.

A colonoscopy is vital for me (almost every three years) since my father died at 57 from colon cancer. I started screening when I was 47. The process is not easy for me, but the staff was very kind and exceptionally professional but friendly, even though they were short staffed the day I was there. The actual colonoscopy was done quickly and the recovery staff and doctor were great with information and care. I’ll see you in 3 years! Thank you!

Doctor is very patient. We were having a problem signing in on the mobile connection and he waited. Never made me feel rushed answered all my questions calmed my fears.

The experience with dr Jackson is alway great. The only thing bothersome is the office has me come in 39 minutes before my appointment and then when I get in the exam room I had to wait another 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Too long.
